Imperio Cubano Sampler
Antillian Cigar Corporation, also known as Sosa Cigars, has been celebrating 50 years of making cigars since we established in Miami in 1974. As part of our celebration, we are rolling out a campaign where we are "returning to our roots" and focusing on cigars that made us who we are in the cigar industry today.
Imperio Cubano was a brand the Sosa's made at their Miami factory in the 1990's. Once Juan B. Sosa went to work for the Fuente Family in 1998, the manufacture of Imperio Cubano transferred as well. From 2000, Imperio Cubano was being made in small batches. For a while, Imperio Cubano was being made back in Miami; however, the Imperio Cubano is currently being made at the A. Fuente Factory in the Dominican Republic.
This Imperio Cubano Sampler is the perfect introduction to this cigar. You will receive 6 cigars in each of the 3 sizes in both wrappers. Imperio Cubano comes in 3 sizes: Torpedo (6 1/2 x 52), Robusto (5 x 50) and Toro (6 x 50) in Natural and Maduro. The Natural blend uses an Ecuador Connecticut seed wrapper with a Dominican binder and Dominican, Nicaraguan and Peruvian fillers. The Maduro blend uses a Mexican San Andres Capa Negra wrapper with a Dominican binder and Dominican, Nicaraguan and Peruvian fillers.
